Kristen Jaarda is Executive Vice President of Crescendo Interactive. She has spent her career in public service as a leader in advocacy, philanthropy, strategic communications, and legislative and regulatory strategy. Kristen has served on numerous boards and committees including Forbes Nonprofit Council, Leadership Institute of the National Association of Charitable Gift Planners, American Bar Association Charitable Planning and Organizations Group, and American Council on Gift Annuities. She holds a J.D. from UCLA School of Law, a Masters in Tax Law (LL.M.), and post-graduate certifications studying at the American College of Financial Services and Harvard Kennedy School. Kristen began her career working on Capitol Hill as Counsel to the U.S. House Committee on the Judiciary and later served a Presidential appointment as Executive Advisor and Counsel to the U.S. Department of Education. She is a frequent speaker and a contributor to Forbes, Wealth Management, and many other publications.
