Kristin Perks Champa currently serves as Vice President for Advancement at Christian Theological Seminary in Indianapolis, IN. Dr. Champa is a distinguished professional in the area of fundraising and strategic planning, showcasing a versatile skill set cultivated over 25 years within the non-profit and educational sectors. Her tenure has been marked by the development, execution, and expansion of core fundraising programs that significantly advance the missions of various organizations, earning her a reputation for delivering exceptional, solution-oriented results.

Prior to assuming her current role at CTS, Dr. Champa demonstrated her leadership expertise at both Earlham College and DePauw University. Notably, at DePauw University, she spearheaded a successful $25 million campaign for the School of Music, achieving its completion ahead of schedule. Throughout her career, Kristin has been a dedicated advocate for the empowerment and mentorship of women in non-profit and higher education spheres. Currently, she contributes her expertise as a board member of ACE Women's Network of Indiana, where she serves as the Communications Committee Co-Chair, and also as a member of the board of the Zionsville Education Foundation where she serves as Chair of the Development Committee.
