Principal, Hal J. Abrams Planned Giving Consultant

After practicing as an estate planning attorney in San Francisco, Hal worked in the Planned Giving departments at City of Hope National Medical Center, UC Berkeley and the University of Oregon (where he served as Senior Director). Hal then led major gift and broader development teams at the University of Oregon Athletics Department, Lewis & Clark College and Clark College Foundation. Hal now serves as a fundraising consultant and represents nonprofit clients throughout the West Coast in social services, art, music, health care and education.

Hal is a frequent speaker at planned giving conferences and is an adjunct faculty member of The Fundraising School, as part of the Lilly School of Philanthropy at Indiana University.
